The Kia Optima is available in two body styles - sedan and estate. The car manufactured from 2018 can be from South Korea, USA or Russia. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions are also available. There are petrol, diesel and hybrid engines with a maximum power of 175 kW, which is the 2.0 T-GDI GT model. This model is also the fastest, reaching a top speed of 240 km/h and the best acceleration 0-100 km/h in 7.4 seconds. The most economical version is the 2.0 GDI PHEV with a combined consumption of 1.4 l/100 km and CO2 emissions of 37 g/km. The trunk of the estate car has a capacity of 552 l, and the sedan has 510 l. The car's safety was tested in 2015 according to EURONCAP and achieved a rating of 5 out of 5 points.
